How is the Eggs Benedict? Specifically, the hollandaise sauce?

Awesome! But, the hollandaise is a cheesy version, not the traditional lemon. So, if you're a culinary purist, it probably won't work for you. If you're not, you will be licking your plate. Try the grits, even if you think you don't like grits. John makes THE most DELICIOUS grits you will ever find anywhere!
